Please note, some items may ship separately. So it's very possible you may receive 2 tracking numbers. However you only have to pay for shipping once, for your most expensive item.
Processing & Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing for in-stock products. Pre-orders will be processed by the launch date indicated on the product page.
If you order a product that is out-of-stock/on backorder, you will be notified as to an expected re-stock date via email if you sign up to be notified.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct! Once you receive your tracking number, your shipping address cannot be changed. Pin Living Color will not issue refunds for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses. As the customer, you are responsible for entering your address correctly.
Please check your tracking number for updates on delivery. If your tracking says Delivered, but you have not received it, contact your local USPS office, and open a missing package case. Ask your neighbors if they may have received it, and ask your leasing office if you live in an apartment complex.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, the USPS does lose packages from time to time. Please note, once your shipping confirmation/tracking number is sent to you, we no longer have it in our possession, and we have no influence as to what happens after it makes it to the post office. We reserve the right to determine when/if an order will be re-sent depending on the circumstances and size of the order.
Domestic delivery can take up to 7 business days from the shipping notification. International delivery can take up to 3 weeks, depending on customs. From the time you receive a notification that your item(s) has shipped, it can take up to 48 hours to update on the USPS site.
If you have not received your package past those thresholds, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. If we determine your package was lost prior to transit, we will send you a new product.
Returns and Exchanges
Got buyer's remorse? We get it. Pin Living Color accepts returns and refunds within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Please email us by the 7th day (which will be confirmed via tracking number) in order for your refund to be processed. You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item to Pin Living Color. Please return to the address on your package's shipping label.
Exchanges due to choosing the incorrect size are not permitted. Please check the sizing chart before checking out.
If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Your item will be replaced with the same type of product with the same specs (size, color, etc).
Please ensure all order details are correct prior to completion/payment.
